Delete Your Run/Do Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and data.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Run/Do app on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner).
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm when prompted.
- Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.
Can't Access the App?
If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@rundotimer.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
What Data Is Deleted
The following data is permanently deleted when you delete your account:
- Your Firebase authentication account and profile
- All cloud-synced class timers and folders (premium users)
- Subscription association (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play)
- Analytics data linked to your account
Data Retention
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. Locally stored timers on your device are not affected — you can continue using the app without an account. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be retained.
